2. Online Courses or Webinars
For live or pre-recorded sessions (e.g., workshops, webinars, or bootcamps):
- Full refunds may be issued only if requested before the event begins.
- Once access has been granted or the event has started, refunds are no longer available.
- In some cases, we may offer credit or rescheduling for future sessions at our discretion.
3. Duplicate Payments or Technical Errors

We will verify and process a refund within 5–7 business days if applicable.
4. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact us right away.
